Order of Battle for the Special Operations Task Force
This task force is modelled after the real-life Special Operations Task Force, a highly trained rapid-response unit made up from elements of the 82nd Airborne, Army Rangers and the 160th Special Operations Air Regiment (the same unit that went after Noriega, and Aidid's staff in Somalia). They are particulary well-trained for night operations (see Night Mission settings at end of OOB).
TheSpecial Ops Task force consists of:

44 Blackhawks (160th, used for carrying the HMMVWs)
24 HMMWVs w/ LMG (82nd Airborne)
8 HMMWVs w/HMG (82nd)
4 HMMWV w/Mk19 (82nd)*
4 HMMWV Mortar Carrier (82nd)
8 HMMWV-AT (82nd)
27 Infantry squads (9) (82nd)**

8 Dragon ATGM (82nd)
24 recon (Rangers)
4 snipers (Rangers)
3 60mm infantry mortar sections -- 3 teams per section (82nd)
3 81mm infantry mortar sections -- 3 teams per section (82nd)
*HMMWV Mortar carriers may be used in place of the HMMWV Mk19s.
**Up to 3 infantry squads may be replaced by the same number of Engineer, COLT or FO units, if available in database).
Preferences: Turn off all preferences except #6 and #9.
NIGHT MISSION:
To play this as a night operation (a specialty of the real-life Special Ops TF) set visibility to 1000m, thermal vis. to 2500. Replace Dragons with Javelins. Turn on preference 4 (vehicle smoke defeats thermal sights). No air support.
