Re: Operation Archangel

Official Orders:
1. Prepare a Threat Assessment Report listing the five nations that your team has determined to be the most likely to attack the US or NATO, in order from the most imminent to the least imminent threat. The Joint Chiefs of Staff will base their deployments in the coming year on these assessments, so prepare this list carefully. This report must be submitted no later than December 31, 2009.
2. Issue orders for deployment of any of the Enhanced Readiness reserve forces (ERFOR) that have been placed under your control. Please indicate the Joint Theater Command the unit is to be assigned to and the specific region within that theater that you think the unit should be deployed based on your threat assessments. You are encouraged to include any remarks or suggestions that might help prepare these units for battle, such as the identity of the suspected enemy or the type and direction of any suspected attacks. These orders may be issued at any time but must be submitted no later than December 31, 2009. Bear in mind that the sooner these orders are issued the sooner these units will reach their destination and begin preparing for combat.
3. Issue proposals to the appropriate Chief of Staff or Joint Theater Commander for conducting specific types of reconnaisance, training or any other peacetime operations that will help ensure the combat readiness of our standing armed forces. Your team may issue these proposals at any time, as necessary.
