Background:
One of the original Soviet-era armies from the Moscow district, this army enjoys a long and proud history among Russia's finest. The tank divisions in particular, whose roots that go back to the Battle of Kursk, are known for their boldness in battle, and have capable regimental commanders who are skilled at raids, breakthroughs and other offensive maneuvers. Like all second echelon units this army is not as well-equipped as its 1st-echelon counterparts, but what they lack in technology they will make up for in spirit, especially as they will likely arrive on the battlefield as a reinforcing army, fresh and ready to fight.

This army is located in Belarus and is advancing toward the Polish border in march formation.
