Official Bill of Sale

 

 

This is to certify that the government of the People's Republic of China, hereafter known as the Buyer, has entered into a commitment of payment to the government of the Russian Union, hereafter known as the Seller, for the procurement of a specified number of ships of various classes, as agreed upon and listed below.

This Bill of Sale also stipulates that the Seller will provide the listed vessels to the Buyer on or before the specified Date of Delivery, as noted below, and that the transfers of legal documents including titles, deeds, certifications and registration obligations will be handled and processed in accordance with international law.

The Seller also agrees to take responsibility for all repairs, modifications, upgrades and other requested improvements as agreed to by the two parties, and that it is the Seller's responsibility to insure that the vessels are delivered in good repair and are fully operational.
